By placing an order with Aaron Riddle Photography, LLC the buyer agrees to the following terms:
Client will provide payment in full to reserve the date / time on Aaron Riddle Photography, LLC’s calendar. Placing an order confirms that you agree to the terms as described in your provided estimate and as follows:
Changes in Requirements:
If there are any changes in the requirements and/or specifications of the quoted job, Aaron Riddle Photography reserves the right to change the estimate and provide a revised copy to the client.
If the project is cancelled or postponed by the client prior to completion, payments will not be refunded.
Upon payment, the date of your wedding is booked on Aaron Riddle Photography, LLC’s calendar regardless of weather (rain, snow or shine). I will check the forecast ahead of time and will bring along a white umbrella (bride) and black umbrella (groom) for taking some creative photos of the couple outside if calling for rain. If the client wants completely dry weather for the wedding, the client is welcome to change the date and time on Aaron Riddle Photography, LLC’s calendar for a $35 rescheduling fee.
By placing an order and booking Aaron Riddle Photography’s calendar, the client agrees to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for the scheduled appointment, the client will need to reschedule. Refunds are not given for missed appointments, and a re-booking fee of $35 will apply if the client wishes to reschedule for another date and time. Due to the amount of weddings booked by Aaron Riddle Photography, LLC, it is very important that the client arrive on time if they wish to keep their appointment.
Payments for cancelled elopements / marriages, may be applied towards future bookings in addition to the applicable re-booking fee.
In the event of a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to photographer’s severe illness or injury causing the photographer to be unable to provide photography coverage for this event, Aaron Riddle Photography will refund all payments to the client(s), but shall have no further liability with respect to the Agreement.
Releases and Usage:
The client will be granted a lifetime release to reproduce and make prints ofall photographs for personal use. Aaron Riddle Photography will retain full ownership and copyrights of all photographs as outlined within the provided estimate. Aaron Riddle Photography also reserves the right to display the work within its various portfolios, fan pages and blogs. By signing the provided estimate / agreement, the client also grants permission for their contact information to be added to the Aaron Riddle Photography email mailing list from which you can opt-out at anytime.
Aaron Riddle is a civil marriage commissioner and photographer in Winchester, Virginia who is court-appointed by Frederick County's presiding Circuit Court Judge to officiate civil marriages in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Before placing an order, please read my Payment and Sales Policies.
