Richard and Tiffany’s Elopement at The Nancy Shepherd House
One of my top suggested indoor locations for a quick wedding or elopement is the Nancy Shepherd House. I partner with fellow officiant David McLaughlin to offer the easiest and most affordable way possible to get married in Winchester, VA. For this wedding, David did the officiant duties while I handled the photography. Richard and Tiffany came from up north in Everett, PA to get married on a cold winter December day.
