Getting Married in Virginia from Out of Town – Herbert and Maria
Getting married anywhere in Virginia is easy to do, even if you are not a resident (read how easy it is to do)! I have married couples from many other states, most often from those close by such as Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. However more often than you would think, I marry a couple from a state further away, such as Connecticut. That’s where Herbert and Maria hailed from. Maria contacted me way back in February to set up a time for a simple wedding with pictures in Winchester, VA, as she and Herbert would be traveling through the area to visit some close family who lives nearby.
Time flew by and before you knew it, we were all gathered at Jim Barnett Park for a quick civil marriage and 20 minutes worth of photographs afterwards.
