Get Married at the Courthouse in Virginia with Photographs
Many couples choose to get married at the Winchester, Virginia courthouse because of how easy the process is. No appointment is necessary to obtain your marriage license, and all you need is money for the application fee along with proof of your identity in the form of a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport) or a birth certificate written in English.
However one thing the court does NOT offer is a resident justice of the peace to perform on the spot marriages. So you are on your own to find a wedding officiant who is legally recognized by the state of Virginia to perform weddings. I am honored to be one of those individuals!

I chose to transition that service into a wedding officiant / photographer combination service for couples in Virginia and the Winchester / Shenandoah Valley area (allowing me to be closer to my home while working).
